"I would give negative star if possible. Received the worst customer service from this office, especially from Matt himself. Several times he scheduled phone appointments but never called. When I called the office, I was told not available so I moved my 11 accounts to another agency while shopping for another insurance provider. I rather give my money to someone who will have courtesy to pick up the phone when needed. Like A Bad Neighbor, State Farm Is There To Ruin Your Day!! *Reply to Matt's "oh this is so unexpected" "i am so surprised" comment/reply....... I have included a screenshot of my conversation with your team member expressing my concerns, i had also left you a message with Michelle & in your voicemail as to how i was made feel by you & your poor business ethic. I should also take this opportunity to mention that "a state farm claim adjuster had the audacity to tell me that a resident with no power, heat & hot water, after an electrical fire, was habitable to live in. Might i add it was in March, middle of the winter. Matt, you were on the phone with me & said nothing to that. I guess the clients are just numbers-transactions-commissions, that's all. I had given your office 11 accounts of my own & many more from friends & family, how do you treat someone like that in return? How do you justify this sorts of behaviors within your moral standards? My feedback was not due to something had happened over the weekend, my feedback is derived from being treated poorly by you & state farm for extended period of time. You, yourself said that i have moved my accounts from your office over 6 months ago, but it took you a google review to reach out to me to see "what happened". Someone who had given you nearly 30 accounts directly & indirectly, but you did not realize they were gone until a google review? Thank you for publicly proving my point as to how poorly you value your clients. How "un-important" the paid clients are to you."
"Hello Sala, I hope you’re doing well. I tried to call you earlier to discuss your feedback and want to start by sincerely apologizing that you feel this way. I truly want to address your concerns and help where I can. I noticed that you transferred out of my office almost six months ago. Could you please let me know if something happened over the weekend that prompted your feedback? Normally, you worked with one of my team members, who mentioned he hasn’t spoken with you since your departure. When you left, I understand you were interested in doing more business with the company, but unfortunately, there were some negative factors in your application that prevented this. At that time, the underwriters informed us that further negative action might be taken against your policies. Please know these decisions are made at the corporate level, not locally, and involve many factors. In situations like this, I feel a responsibility both to the policyholder and the company. We did make every effort to advocate on your behalf, but ultimately, I must abide by the company’s decisions, even when they are difficult to accept. These are challenging times in the insurance industry, and insurers are more cautious than ever about potential risks. If you’d like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to reach out or stop by the office. "
